Taking part in the mission statement and working towards the goal of seeking justice

The comradery that is built within the team is good to see and it feels like we are working on a goal that is worthwhile
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership tells me and similarly situated employees who have been with the company for years that their salary is at the "cap". That they are constrained by the contract to raise salaries. But I feel little is done to try and assure employees that this will/is being addressed.
