Everyone is very transparent, welcoming, charismatic, and goal driven.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in Upper-management is very nice. Having great superiors has really made things much more enjoyable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I play an extremely important role that people from other agencies often rely on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job is extremely important, and I'm one of three people in my district that can do it. I think I'm paid good but not well enough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work on a great team at the agency I'm contracted to, and my Supervisor at FSA has been nothing but wonderful and insightful. I've only been employed with FSA since July 2024 so I'm very new, but I really do enjoy the work that I do, and am very proud find myself in the seat I'm in.
