Outstanding company. FSA cares about the customer, the service they provide but also about their workers. Often ask for feedback to ensure that they can provide the tools and support necessary for the employee to feel at ease and successful.

Again, it is first the people that I work with on a daily basis and then it is the job that we do and the reason behind our task.

Exactly that "Team" each of my staff makes sure to help their co-workers and care about them as it pertains to their professional career as well as their personal being.

Even though we are here to perform a job for a customer, the team also embraces you are a family member. Cares about the work and how they can assist but also is interested in any issues outside of work that they may be able to assist you with.

If you are referring to FSA, we are informed and our RD always helps and backs us up. As it pertains to the company (location where we work at) the customer does not treat us any less because we are contracts and in facts is constantly making sure that we are not mistreated.
