Overall, my experience has been fantastic. I've seen people come and go but with the friendships solid we still get together to catch up with one another. I've enjoyed my tenure, and I am grateful for the experience.

The way they uplift their employees.

The diversity and camaraderie is positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being a real team. We come together whenever necessary to get the task done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am do good for my city by helping with the war on drugs.

I like that they are down to earth and actually listens to the team and wants us to succeed.

I feel comfortable making suggestions. It's easy to talk to everyone and I feel like part of a real team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The mission. Feeling like I am part of the mission DEA is committed to gives me hope for the future of our children.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is diverse which makes the moral so much better. We all come from different backgrounds which is the start of many conversations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for 27 years and never received a raise. I changed positions and that's when my pay increased. This may not be the company's fault, but I would like to see increases in the future for the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand the contract part more but with inflation and the rise of cost for everything, if I was not in a two-income household, I would not be able to survive. I do not live a lavish lifestyle but it's hard to maintain.
