They stand behind the mission, are all in and complete their work in a timely and accurate manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that the compensation matches the responsibilities, demands or workload of the position. I also do not feel that the leave time is sufficient.
