I enjoy working for FSA Federal as a contractor Senior Civil Investigator. FSA works hard to implement policies that support the mission of the customer client, DOJ US Attorney's Office, which is good.

Being challenged with good cases to investigate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am going to submit a request for salary review to my manager within the next week. Based upon my experience and the funding for my position, my salary should be increased.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my salary could have been slightly higher to match the previous person that held my job's salary. I was able to look up my contract and see the funding amount for my position. Also, I do not accept any health insurance so this should have been a consideration in my salary negotiation.
