Everyone is dedicated and good-spirited. Everyone shares a common goal, so there is strong solidarity in our office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Previous jobs I've had included retail, where the bosses only care about you if you do something wrong. Here, there is genuine concern for individuals and their wellbeing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even after the recent pay raise, I'm only making about 85% of the average income for my state, and I have to pay almost $200 a month just to get to work.
