What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership seems to support the feelings and thoughts of their employees. Flexibility and making employees feel valued is top priority and it allows a stress-free work environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making customers/HMs happy as a result of fast turnaround, clear communication. I love being able to take on new projects and learn different areas of the business within talent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued but would love to earn compensation that aligns more with what helps my family and allows me to stay in the role comfortably. I think that yearly raises would help out a lot with that aspect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility is amazing. They truly understand that life happens outside or work and that work life balance is important. It essentially makes you feel less stressed when you need to ask for time off/ have to drop from work during the day due to family emergencies. They truly care about their people.
