They are human. We all make mistakes and have learned to work together to find solutions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Listening to the needs of the agents and staff and constructively meeting those needs. Being able to go above what is expected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitude. We allow each other to have bad days and celebrate good days. We encourage each other to be better people and to place value on differences.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is an honor to have this position, however, with the transition in the economy and this company not providing increase in pay, my future with FSA might be coming to an end. This is painful to admit. I truly enjoying waking up and going to my office to support my team and country.
