My overall experience with my company has been good. The can retain employees by giving annual salary increases and really listening to the concerns of their employees.

What makes me most happy is going to the courthouse and listening to sentencings

For the most part, everyone is very friendly and professional. That's a positive for me.

My coworker and I get along very well. The last coworker, not so much and when i brought it to HR's attention, I was threatened with determination
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It took 15 years to receive a raise. If you value your employees and want to retain them, reward them properly with annual cost of living raises.
