It's a job. The overall mission is more fulfilling than most contractor positions, and management only interferes with the work occasionally.

What makes you most happy at work?

Not being flagged by auditors.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is clearly engaged in the mission and focused on achieving the overall goal more than advancing personal best interest.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is no best part, it is entirely neutral. Neither good nor bad in any aspect, and entirely the same as any company offers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is no culture to speak of at FSA that I am aware of. The work environment instead derives from the customer's who we sit with and interact with daily.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership does not engage with the majority of employees except in the most shallow and performative ways. Those fulfilling the contracts are clearly seen as a commodity to be sold, not part of the "real" company.
