What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work. it is an interesting field of the law.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are all new but they are all learning and are not afraid to tackle any issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
not sure how to answer this question. most work is done with the government not with the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My regional director is always available for my questions. I can count on him to assist me with whatever issue comes up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
not sure which part to discuss I think overall it is fine. FSA doesnt really have a say in the hourly wage for nonexempt. - they are SCA wage determination paid.
