I think the compensation is fair at best - benefits need to be improved.

Team unified approach to obstacles and the ability to bounce ideas/questions off one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability of the team to overcome obstacles and work together to get the job completed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are very transparent however I think they need to address the pay structure and PTO (paid time off). Many are coming from prior employment with more than two weeks vacation to start. I actually had two ideal candidates to recommend for open slots however the 2 weeks vac. were not enou
