What is the best part about your compensation package?

it is awesome to be the company were compensation is treasured.

none of compensation did not received any compensation or benefits but l was happy working with g4s

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Some times our NSSF are not paid and retirement benefits are not well calculated.

Salaries of non-unionist employees must be fairly reviewed.

Our welfare should be the company first priority, health, salary increament and bonus, awards to motivate employes would add value to the face of the company.

If expected to be doing the work of a team leader just to be paid for it. I look after around 10 employees and their performance and any issues if I can deal with them. Making sure they wear correct PPE, customer service at its best, replenishment and cleaning duties. Is this not a Team Leader job.

More discounts in various places, especially gyms.

Because I'm a flex and I work regular hours like like regular employees and they don't offer paid vacation

Promotion barely occurs even if you work hard. The company should consider their employees in terms of salary, benefits and security

The company should offer bonuses to all their employees not just management we are the ones that make it run getting up every morning every night going to work being on time don't we supposed to do and there's nothing extra it makes it so hard to get up every day and go to work

Employees are only a body.
