To be able to process payments for our department as soon as they get the requisitions, rather than holding to them while customer is waiting for services to be rendered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Some times our NSSF are not paid and retirement benefits are not well calculated.

Salaries of non-unionist employees must be fairly reviewed.

Unfair dismissal that's why I feel under valued !!

Am given little salary and I would feel better if they increase it.

On fuel allocation and my basic pay, I feel the company can do better

International and Global teams are very collaborative, sometimes local teams are not.

They need to abide by the rules but they do not

For my coworker to improve is only if the company can provide short course and sponcers for the to upgade their qualification.

Professionalism. They need to take pride in their uniforms. Do more than show up to work.

My relief is late every day and no one does anything about it.

Nothing, because I can't practice culture positively at work place when I'm alone in my tribe at work place.

Is that both the staff have to abide with law being given by G4S

Within my team a dedication to work well and efficiently. Efforts are made to encourage team bonding.

There's life and work balance in our section as it is supposed to be.

Use Trustworthy security guards not rule breakers

They need to stop putting pressure on the guards and let us do our job

Being honest about the current situation when we show concern about if we will be staying open after the changes on the 24th March.

The so called lower decks should be respected better, also everybody should have a fair chance to climb the career ladder and everybody should have similar schedules. Night shift workers have to get paid more when there are 60 percent more of the day shift workers.

Have a qualified HR person who is knowledgable about the job interviewing for using a number system is not effective in this environment

It should be related to the job, and also qualification matters to so interview should be more specific about job applied for

Not having managers interview friends or anyone where they work as I feel if your friendly with managers they can manipulate the interview to your advantage by giving you information about what questions will be asked. Why others go in blind to the process. Then lack of feedback if not successful.

Fill HR with people who have done they jobs they are hiring for.
