They know team work and be available when needed.
He act fast when there's any emergency and he work according to the rules or law that been given by the CM

To be able to process payments for our department as soon as they get the requisitions, rather than holding to them while customer is waiting for services to be rendered.

Being honest about the current situation when we show concern about if we will be staying open after the changes on the 24th March.
The so called lower decks should be respected better, also everybody should have a fair chance to climb the career ladder and everybody should have similar schedules. Night shift workers have to get paid more when there are 60 percent more of the day shift workers.

Not having managers interview friends or anyone where they work as I feel if your friendly with managers they can manipulate the interview to your advantage by giving you information about what questions will be asked. Why others go in blind to the process. Then lack of feedback if not successful.
Fill HR with people who have done they jobs they are hiring for.
