What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing, because I can't practice culture positively at work place when I'm alone in my tribe at work place.

Is that both the staff have to abide with law being given by G4S

Within my team a dedication to work well and efficiently. Efforts are made to encourage team bonding.

People from all walks of life work together sharing company resources

Its corporate environment and therefore its professional

The ability to mobilize and push for health and safety rules helps us to understand that the environment is safe, the culture is fine as we are fairly new to the company we are accorded same opportunities as our fellow old employees.

We get training on all equipment

Everything's were changed, for training we learned different and management and Human resources department are changing everything differently.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Use Trustworthy security guards not rule breakers

They need to stop putting pressure on the guards and let us do our job

Being honest about the current situation when we show concern about if we will be staying open after the changes on the 24th March.

The so called lower decks should be respected better, also everybody should have a fair chance to climb the career ladder and everybody should have similar schedules. Night shift workers have to get paid more when there are 60 percent more of the day shift workers.

Give your employees something to look forward to not stay at the same pay rate year after year

Better pay to get better candidates and a more clear definition of duties with client.

Having management starting at the top all the way down to the bottom. That care about it's people. There health and there wages.

A better flow of information and a clear direction regarding the tasks and duties to be performed. Ther has to be less organizational silence and employees must be motivated to communicate and make friends.

They need to hire people who really care about their job. Everyone needs to learn how to work together.
