They are trying their best but the company has a hidden agenda.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to abide by the rules but they do not

For my coworker to improve is only if the company can provide short course and sponcers for the to upgade their qualification.

Professionalism. They need to take pride in their uniforms. Do more than show up to work.

My relief is late every day and no one does anything about it.

They need to stop backbiting each other.

Many are very unprofessional in their work environment
