Nothing, because some clients are terrible.

Team work would be the thing that makes me most happy

When all the equipment works correctly and all the coworkers know and do what we have to do instead of one person doing it all. Also, seeing the customers happy.

We never get employer feedback. Or see a supervisor. We get terrible pay and costly terrible healthcare. some of the sites are unsanitary or dangerous. And we get 0 training or feedback.
