It felt like a confinement since I was asked not to communicate with the senior managers. This led me to become under confident and hideous. Also, in the name of maintaining confidentiality, a fear of breaking the policies was created from the end of the existing employees and also the HR team.

A better flow of information and a clear direction regarding the tasks and duties to be performed. Ther has to be less organizational silence and employees must be motivated to communicate and make friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
When tasks are clearly given and sufficient information on how to execute it is provided. Also, when i am able to see the end result of my work and the way it is helping the organization.
