Actually put in the time effort and actual training into the officers of the small branches, In various states. So that what they advertise to the client and what the client actually gets is not two very different things. Unfortunately Wages and healthcare matches the training we receive and service

To be compensated for the extra work am putting in my work ,At times even a word thank you goes a long way to all the employees .

Amount of customer service I have to use at my site requires more money. Also as an officer having to deal with client issues or complaints requires more money.

Have a qualified HR person who is knowledgable about the job interviewing for using a number system is not effective in this environment

When I hired in at a small branch in Kentucky. They potential employees they could show 0 gaps in employment for 7 years and openly encouraged us to lie about employment history so they could hire us. Zero gaps in employment is a bit unrealistic . there could not even be a gap by one day.

Educating fellow employees about the company policies and procedures . Helping my colleagues to climb the corporate ladder in their career

The salary is extremely low,it be improved by increasing the monthly salary.

We never get employer feedback. Or see a supervisor. We get terrible pay and costly terrible healthcare. some of the sites are unsanitary or dangerous. And we get 0 training or feedback.
