They need to want to get their work assignments completed and on time thru them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of hours i get yearly do not go up thru them no matter how many overtime hours i put in yearly and instead pf just based on my years of service and they should based on how many ot hours i put in extra yearly and which i should be being compensated for in my vacation pay i get yearly also
