The manager has no care whatsoever towards staff on site. texts/emails have been sent and they simply ignore questions or concerns we have. I have only meet my manager once on site about 1 year ago.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, leadership, showing they care.

more involved management, better pay

it was over the phone and took 1 minute.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just one guard on-site, but talk with then when signing off
What makes you most happy at work?
my site and how friendly staff is, along with being able to pill my bills and put food on the table
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better pay to start and having a manager who shows he cares by stopping by and actually giving us our duties (SOP) after a year.
