They do not care about the employees. I have been working for the company for 14 years. All they want is a body to show up to work. Nothing else.

They need to come to work and when they are at work they need to do their job.

They need to hire people who really care about their job. Everyone needs to learn how to work together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Nobody cares about the next person. They are only concern about themselves. There aren't any rules or standards being forced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't give raises. Some of us who have been around for awhile should be making more than 11.33 an hour. They need to pay more money.
