This is a great company to work for. But I believe we need at least 2 weeks vacation instead of one . Don't allow you to go visit your family . Take time for you self. I love the fact you can work your 40 hours and then work flex makes up for the pay overtime. This company has been very good for me.

Give your employees something to look forward to not stay at the same pay rate year after year
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Going to work everyday day in and doing Day out because he does not offer any incentives no bonuses no activities one week off of the whole year we need a day off it's always a struggle
What are some of the best things about your team?
Once there was time that you take with your coworkers to spend time to know them you have a better working environment but now it's just go to work go home there is no parties no nothing for the employees if you are not a manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company should offer bonuses to all their employees not just management we are the ones that make it run getting up every morning every night going to work being on time don't we supposed to do and there's nothing extra it makes it so hard to get up every day and go to work
