Our tram is hard working, polite, inclusive, and pretty effiecient!

I like that the leadership team is accesible and proffessional, also willing to help individuals succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Many benefits are made available to full-time employees, ive not seen a retailer be as accomidating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers and employees are treated well. Its nice to be in a less negative environment, you always feel supported.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy learning new things and being challenged. The environment keeps me engaged and traning/empowering others to do their best to succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was not one-sided, even though it was virtual it was still on a personable level. Manager seemed intrested in the conversation. It was completed timely and efficiently.
