What are some of the best things about your team?
Ive interacted with some incredible people througout my career at Gap Inc. They are thoughtful, caring and supportive. I enjoy having meetings with the team and find that people strive to effectively communicate goals and actions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do think that Gap Inc can improve salary - base salary really needs a boost, especially for living in the bay area. I also feel like annual increases also can grow given the expense of living in the area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Gap Inc is constantly giving feedback and finding ways to keep employees engaged and excited about the work that we do. I have had some of the most aupoortive leadership ive ever had in my career while at Gap Inc!
