Felt like I was working at a sweet shop. They didnt value me as a worker. I was 17 doing 4-11s everynight and they said they simply couldnt change my schedule to mornings. Managers didnt waste time to have favorites and let it be known. Terrible job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're very diligent workers that dont get told enough how important and helpful they are to the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager that interview me transferred to a different store but it was like a conversation that bounced bsck abd forth. It was extremely easy and she made me feel comfortable.
