
Better management everyone is so annoyed and not happy. They also need to give more hours especially to the works who are good and benefit the store not just ones that you Lillie personally as a manager.
Actually leading and not trying to take the easy way out. Take the time to train and make sure everything is running smoothly. Don’t try and put things onto the associates and take credit when it’s done correctly and give blame when it’s done poorly.
The management gets to much power they don’t respect the associates. Especially the GM they need to clock in and actually get paid for the time they put in. They tend to cut corners and not give people the recognition or respect they deserve.
