What is the best part about your compensation package?

Base Salary and that's about it. Bonus is never guaranteed.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Good panel of interviewers and very accommodating to my schedule.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better teamwork and time to collaborate. Team gets bogged down with individual work and completing tasks.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More empowerment throughout the entire company. Don't let good people leave and compensate and reward those who are doing well fairly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Less bureaucracy and more empowerment of teams to do their work and be trusted. Allow individuals to succeed or fail rather than reinventing their work.
