I really like my head of store and my DM. Both make fir a positive work environment

Favoritism runs rampant. Also prejudice. Unfair job expectations. We are not all expected to produce at the same level
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn to speak English so we can all communicate. They need to be properly trained and have follow up to ensure they are up to standards and doing things correctly
