All sales associates should make the same salary. Then they could hire better quality staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers unfortunatly use bad language. They speak about staffs salaries and personal information to employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management needs to be happy with their jobs when they are miserable it trickles down
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the staff are very unprofessional and lazy. So the good staff ends up with more work.
