What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at LMWP is transparent to a very large degree. This helps employees trust the team. Global feedback, be it compliments or constructive criticism, is shared with employees regularly. The leadership regularly steers the direction to- our company goals, integrity & inclusion
