There are many areas. 1. When there are hard times existing employees supported company with no hikes more than 3 years. 2. There are more than 100% disparity in the salary package. for existing employee and new employee hired with same skill set and experience. 3. Existing employees taken ownership

Sorry the others question does not let me give my opinion about salary, in my case I guess it must be higher than currently, Benefits are good but need to be more easy to get them at any time. About Compensation package is good but can be better.

No salary increases at all, only for selected people. Salary bands were ignored

Harassment for the work done that is bread and butter for business. Manager thinks it like a Scrap.No value given to existing employees Work. Concerns are not taken. Manager is doing Time passing. Leadership taken critical work that has more customer base. but my manager says scrap.

Even there is no support from managers. We stand together to continue the work and releases on covid time. When there business facing hard times we motivate together giving hope. But no motivation or resolving concerns from manager in HTC. Employees leaves company because of poor management.

My direct coworkers are pretty technically skilled but in some cases not willing/able to learn new skills that could improve our team. They also lack what I consider basic human communication skills and do not always seems genuine.

coworkers need to learn better techniques. Need to apply LEAN 5S. Even though we have been trained in LEAN 5S need to apply. Less team building (gossip meetings). Adhere to review process (in writing), for all specifications and software. Including factory test software.

Take care of the employees. Especially, the work environment is only great for the management. Birr shows a great example, management is located in Baden with a modern infrastructure and the employees are located in BIrr in the middle of nowhere

Bullying from the management should stop. No manager should be allowed to use the phrase "...and if you don't like it you can leave" to a meeting of the workforce. They should listen to the workforce rather than force through their own world view.
