It is necessary to full-fill with strong background of knowledge and skill because Company do not recruit freshman but it is willing for intern. The work pace is high and everyone self control task to meet commitment.

I see team having opening communication, listening and together solving problem .

My coworkers are safe, and there is not Quality defect happening. Some kaizen are done by team, and we keep delivery target.

I think it is health care insurance package. I am pleased with this benefit. It makes me a chance to check health frequently to manage early.

Even though we work in heavy industrial environment, but we build and execute a safe culture in work. Everyone feel safe and work safe as the real 1st priority.
