What do you like best about the leadership team?
This question is a bit unclear as is several of the questions thus far. There are local executive, local leaders, and corporate executives and corporate leaders, etc. More clarity regarding which level is being asked about would be helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary actions have been scarce and very small over the last 8 years. We've been under staffed and not allowed to hire/backfill positions which puts a lot of stress on people. Also, there is very little room for advancement within the company.
