
It is great to see how clear sense of direction the Co has...but it is with too much effort on the workers to drive the actions. Not good, equilibrated organización. The internal requests of reporting are extremely high in terms of quantity and manual work required (as no integrated systems, ERPs)

Too long working hours, too many responsibilities and priorities with almost no benefits. No good salary bands.
Empowering to take decisions, and at the same time collaboration from other areas to support in your decisions.
Most of the people care about others, we work very well in team, pursuing clear objectives and maximizing people's strengths to achieve the goals.
Better compensation and benefits, e.g. including studying and sport plans are nice to have. No significant change of salary when a person is promoted and in my experience late promotion and new salary not according to expectations.
