Currency risk is real in a lot of the markets we work in the company hegdes its income against this but Employee compensation continues to loose value over time with no real effort to adjust
Our compensation today does not take into account the forex/ Inflation challenges we face as employees. If our compensation can be bench marked against the Dollar it would help reduce the volatility we see month on month
