What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Decision making is bureaucratic. No clarity on who is approved to make decisions, no written & agreed upon roles & responsibilities, no clearly defined delegation of authorities so that not all decisions have to go to a corporate officer. To fix, define these things & trust the team to execute.
