Insurance coverage, the most minimum coverage. Wages, not to market standard.

Understanding and willing to help and come forward in the needy times.

the band and salary scheme is not equally paid for the scope of work and experience.

My own team, works towards the common project goal. I dont see the same commitment from others.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
routine job, not getting help on time from "correct" parties. each function operates in silo for their own deliverables.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation to be standardized Globally for the same role. I understand the Country requirements but some how it to be look into it.
