Everyone understands the job they are tasked with along with deadlines and are on board to complete. Like minded and goal oriented.

The talent team is very personable and want to hear what you have to say instead of drilling you with non relevant questions
What makes you most happy at work?
Being where I am and having the chance to move up and accept new challenges. There will never be enough compensation if you ask the average man but the ability to accept a challenge and new responsibilities and fulfill your duty is why I have stayed and continue.
