Being with the company for a long time, I have seen many changes/leaders over the years. With different leaders, we change just to change with no good reason. The company doesn't learn from prior mistakes and the company doesn't use successful models and processes that once work in the past.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been good over the years but benefits continue to be cut each year. According to friends/family other companies provide better benefits and more care for work/life balance. GE talks work/life balance but its all talk, no support. I have never had a vacation where I was able to disconnect.

Very knowledgeable of the business...many have been with the business for a while.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Many problems that we face have been around for a very long time and they do nothing to change it. We don't learn from our mistakes as a company. They preach growth but don't provide the resources to grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning from mistakes, learning from history...we have similar issues that existed 25 years ago and some were resolved, but with each change in leadership, they feel it is necessary to change. They don't value the experience in the business.
