What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really think that this new company cuture that Larry brought to the company highlighting "Humility" and "Transparency" had an huge impact improving the company global environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think that the company always does a calibration on the different peers salaries. There's some HR work to be done. We see several discrepancies by band and on people with same type of job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing of my team is that it really works like a TEAM, trying to deliver always more and better result. There's an healthy competition where everyone trys to show their best but with respect for each others.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every time that we achieve our goals and we over delivered I'm proud to be part of the company. GE is very demanding but it can also be very greatful because we feel that we are part of a "all" and that our works matter's.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent approach, sharing with the employees what's going on and the main company strategy. Also it is very pleasant that the leadership team is recognizing the team when good results are achieved, this makes ilus feel as part of a "all" and also feel that our contribution is important.
