Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ge has taken away compensations, insurance coverage aren't great, we are presented with "unlimited time off" but being able to take to take time off due to work volume and demands is very challenging. It will make me feel better to know I'm getting compensated reasonably compared to market
