What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am not sure at the moment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR in my position earn more in other companies.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen and care. And become more global. Very US-centric company, also in terms of mindset.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The support and fact that many of them are available if I need them and openly share learnings.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I hear a lot of negative feedback. Employees work too much, and even during the weekends or holidays. There's a lot of talk about flexibility, but I feel it only goes one way and the company delegates the responsibility for people's work-life balance entirely to the employees. Which makes it a sham.
