GE is a special place to work. The site and business where I work is struggling to deliver results over the last few years, this situation brings hard and challenging environment that is affecting people health, does not matter the area where people works. And, Srs mgrs do not talk well each other.

Deliver projects that matter to the business, and will help GE to be a better company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are discrepancies between salary, compensation and band from people that execute same job from different regions, sites and business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Integrity and the passion to change the world to a better place for everyone. However, each new day I have a stronger feeling that the things that is said does not match with what the thinks that really happen.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
External market review and drive internal changes. What is the world wild tendencies in how to do the best engineering, best finance review, best HR processes, best industrial execution, market intelligence and how to position GE as the best option to the customer and to the market talents.
