GE provides market compensation data that shows I am undercompensated relative to the market. Adjusting my compensation in line with the industry would make me feel better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Tie headcount targets and budget together. Focus on breaking up the company is focused on shareholders instead of customers and synergies with our underlying technologies and doesn't seem to set the business up for long term success
