Feeling like I am a valued member of the team, and that my work is important and positively impacts my team, candidates, and our business.

I enjoy the Lean culture of continuous improvement and efficiency. It makes work more streamlined and enjoyable, instead of feeling ad hoc and making things up as you go.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Progress-driven while staying rooted in the company's values. Genuine efforts to stay transparent with the company's employees and stakeholders. I am excited to follow their leads as they direct the future of the company!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team values each other as respected colleagues and people. It is a very inclusive environment where we help each other and I feel like we are constantly improving our operations because of our teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I deal with constant high-volume workload, and if I'm out for more than a day, there's a lack of support coverage and the entire process becomes backlogged and bottlenecked until I return. My performance and the expectations placed on me outweigh my compensation rate.
