There are too many KPIs that are being followed and we keep adding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just recently reached the salary band that my job profile should be aligned with - a job that I do since 3 years. Furthermore, I am currently at the very bottom of that salary band.
