I have been with GE 11 years and Steam Power 4 years and have enjoyed and learned a lot despite repeated strategy change. I enjoy the environment at GE and what we provide to the world but would appreciate more stability.

Company is too fast paced with too many planning cycles and not enough focus on getting real work done.

Most positive is the flexibility provided allowing employees to perform without restraints on hours in the office. Attention given to personal matters and time off.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While the benefits are good, the basic pay is lacking. Annual increases are slowing down as well so I feel further away from the market.
