Good base salary and opportunity for bonus. Benefits have been huge for me this year with family health issues.

Everyone works smart. Hard work is a given at GE, but working smart has taken the number one spot.

Collaborative culture. They take the best of what you have and try to make it better, not tear you down for something that isn't perfect.
